About ERSCA
The Emergency Road Service Coalition of America (ERSCA) is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any individual. ERSCA is organized under the California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation Law and operates exclusively for the purposes set forth in Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding provisions of any future United States internal revenue law.
The specific purpose of the Association is to provide training and education that advances the safety of emergency road service operators and the motoring public they serve, while helping emergency road service providers build sustainable businesses and adopt professional business practices. Through education, advocacy, collaboration, and industry leadership, ERSCA is committed to strengthening the towing and recovery profession and promoting the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism.
The foundation of ERSCA's training programs is built upon proven industry principles that have been utilized and refined for more than 40 years. This body of knowledge is continuously reviewed, evaluated, and updated by tow company owners, industry partners, subject matter experts, and the staff of ERSCA to ensure that training remains relevant, practical, and aligned with current industry standards, emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and real-world operational challenges.
