Elevate Your Crew with In-Person ERSCA Training
ERSCA’s in-person training programs combine expert classroom instruction with practical, real-world field evolutions to give tow operators the hands-on experience needed to perform safely and efficiently.
Led by certified instructors, these multi-day courses cover essential operational skills—including standard and heavy-duty towing, advanced winch and rigging safety, electric vehicle (EV) handling, and traffic incident management. By training directly on the equipment in structured field environments, operators learn to perform precise resistance calculations, apply safe hookup and securement practices, and mitigate roadway hazards under real working conditions. Investing in in-person certification equips your team with the confidence, technical proficiency, and safety awareness required to reduce liability and excel in the towing industry.
